Announced by us two weeks ago Bez Gwiazdek starts tomorrow at 6pm in Powiśle. Bez Gwiazdek is meant to be a place based on one team: Robert Trzópek (kitchen), Jan Kecik (kitchen), Adrian Gorniak (floor and wine), and therefore it will be opened only in the evenings. Robert Trzópek is one of the best chefs in Poland, he used to work at many famous Michelin stars restaurants like Noma**, El Bulli*** or Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons**. The place wants to serve an original cuisine with references to Polish products and regional dishes. In the formula of bistro Bez Gwiazdek propose quality food and wines of fine dining restaurants. Prices will be affordable, and the service will be casual. Bez Gwiazdek will offer a set menu (4 courses 80PLN, 5 courses 100PLN, 6 courses 120PLN) and paired wine flight (4 wines 75PLN, 5 wines 95PLN, 6 wines 115PLN). In the first menu you will find, among others, references to Polish czernina soup and ham in bread.
