Ukryte – Hidden Bar and Bistro opened in February in the Old Town in Szeroki Dunaj street. According to its name is quite well hidden and located somewhat off the popular tourist paths of the Old Town. The menu is short, and we find there mostly venison and vegetarian dishes. The menu features venison stew with apples and buckwheat blinis, shoulder of wild boar in a bun with pickled vegetables, chopped deer cutlet with Jerusalem artichoke puree, vegetarian Warsaw style tripe soup with oyster mushrooms, millet and red lentils balls or vegetarian Strogonoff with potato pancakes.
