Koko & Roy is a restaurant opened 3 days ago in Warsaw at Krucza St. The place is inspired by New York and is a gastrobar in new-American style. Annah Syta and Jonathan Roy are the owners. Koko & Roy wants to stop associations of American cuisine limited to TGIFriday’s and Hard Rock Cafe styles. It will offer seasonal cuisine, based on modernized traditional recipes using refined techniques and execution. Menu will feature both vegetarian and meat dishes. Examples of July menu items: grilled mushrooms, Wedge salad, pork chop, cioppino with langoustine, shrimps, fennel and tomato or classic dishes like roast chicken, Roy burger and bavette steak. There will also be plenty of dishes to share such as odds & ends – based on fifth quarter or meatballs of veal, pork and beef with sauces.
