As a response to the growing consumers interest in glutenfree dishes, more and more restaurants and cafes are introducing glutenfree offer. Gluten Appetit Bistro, a new place opened recently in Wrocław took completely different direction offering only dishes containing gluten. The menu features among others different kinds of dumplings (Russian with cheese and potato, with spinach and feta, buckheat and smokted curd or with dates and ricotta). You can also order here tagliatelle with meatballs or chicken and gnocchi with vegetables.
