The initiators of Kujawsko-Pomorskie St. Martin’s Goose invite you to a virtual cooking class. During these cyclic on-line meetings the cooking advices will be given by Artur Moroz Executive Chef at Bulaj Restaurant in Sopot and Marcin Sokół Exetutive Chef at Krasnodwór Restaurant. An interactive transmission from Torwar restaurant in Warsaw will take place on Tuesday November 6th. Main topic of this first session is ‘10 Commandments before you buy and prepare goose meat’. In next sessions, among others partition of geese into elements and marinades for geese will be discussed.
