Pink Lobster Drink & Fine Dining was opened yesterday at Zurawia 6/12 at the venue after recently closed Palmier. The restaurant has pink armchairs, interesting interior design and lobster aquarium (in plan). You can taste here half of the lobster (cooked, roasted or grilled) for 160zł. The chef is Jarosław Walczyk, formerly known among others from Restaurant Strefa in Warsaw. The pink menu (the whole one can be seen in our photo gallery) includes (besides lobster) among others: goose consomme with fagottini and chives; halibut with roasted potato, celery, yolk and parsley oil; octopus with orange, olives and rosemary; venison with herbal moss, black salsify and morels, as well as dumplings with lamb, broth, oyster mushroom and chervil.
