Miedziany Szynk was opened a few days ago at Puławska St., near Buczer. Tradition mixes here with modernity. The place serves cuisine inspired by the flavors of pre-war Warsaw, but in contemporary versions. The chef is Artur Rolek. The menu includes such classics as medusa (pork legs in jelly), beef tartar, herring with potato as from bonfire, Warsaw tripe, Warsaw pyzy (potato dumplings), beef cheeks, duck leg with pearl barley and zander with black lentil. For dessert, a must-have ‘wuzetka’ or ‘zygmuntówka’. The whole menu can be seen in our photo gallery.
