La Vietnamita, a new Vietnamese restaurant, opened in July in Muranów, in Jana Pawła II, after almost a year of preparation. The chef comes from Hà Nội and cookes basing on traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation. The menu includes, among others, Pho soup in three different versions, seafood dishes such as grilled sturgeon, shrimps in tamarind sauce, squid with tomatoes, celery and garlic. We can also eat here popular Vietnamese meat dishes such as Bun Cha Ha Noi (grilled pork, bacon, lotus, rice noodles) or Vietnamese fried beef. Vegetarians can choose among others, fried pak-choy with mushrooms, water spinach with garlic and fresh herbs or fried tofu with salted egg yolks.
