Aurelio, a new restaurant with international cuisine, has recently opened in Świętokrzyska Street. The chef of the restaurant is Aureliusz Wilk, neurogastronomy specialist, the author of the book on healthy eating “Heal the Mind and the Body”, the creator of the habitul cuisine. In the restaurant, the chef uses toxin-free products from local farmers. The menu features dishes based on the recipes from around the world such as corn soup (Chile), Lohikeitto soup (Finland), Wiener schnitzel (Austria), paella (Spain), salads, pizzas, as well as steaks from cows from local farms. Aurelio is an artistic restaurant – there will be concerts and artistic performances, and the renowned artists cooperating with the restaurant are to be patrons for the young ones.
