Nigina, the first Tajik restaurant in Warsaw, has been opened recently on Plac Konstytucji. The menu includes Tajik dishes such as stuffed cabbage, steamed dumplings with pumpkin and onion or beef, kurutob (national dish with Tajik bread, fresh vegetables in sour chakka sauce, plow (rice with pieces of beef and carrots in Tajik spices) We can also eat soups here: lagman (beef, pasta, vegetables), barak shurpo (soup with Tajik dumplings), shurpo (beef broth soup with vegetables) or Tajik pastries: fatir (puff pastry) and bread (bread made from white flour).
