Warszawa Wschodnia by Mateusz Gessler opened in December in Soho Factory. The restaurant is divided into two parts, one is a specious room with lots of tables, the other is a bar with open kitchen, where we can have direct contact with the cooks and get meals almost directly from the pan. Chef of the restaurant is Robert Kondziela, previously chef of U Kucharzy. New restaurants serves its guests mix of Polish and French cuisine. The menu is changing everyday, up to date menu is available on restaurant’s profile on Facebook. In the menu you can find meat and fish dishes, soups (such as broth or solewianka) and dishes from oven (eg chicken in cream sauce and roasted duck with apples). Apart from la carte you can also try a variety of dishes when choosing special tasting menu. In the restaurant, if you wish so, you can not only eat but also cook in a specially prepared kitchens.
