Mąka i Woda – a new place serving traditional Neapolitan pizza – will soon be opened in Chmielna. Pizza here is to be baked in the oven by Stefano Ferrara, wood-fired only. You can taste here also a homemade pasta, antipasti, salads and desserts. All meals will be prepared on the basis of original Italian products (m.in Caputo flour, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala di Campania DOP) and seasonal products from local Polish suppliers. Opening will take place in February, we keep you posted.
