Persian Cuisine Workshops

On Sunday, Kuchnia Perska i Naleśnikarnia invites you for Persian cuisine workshops. The workshop will be held in the framework of the event “Day of Good Tastes – Fort with Le Targ”. Persian cuisine workshops will be run by Arman Omidi – Chef at Kuchnia Perska i Naleśnikarnia. During the event, participants will prepare dishes such as Gheymeh – a traditional Iranian dish, Bagh Ghatogh – a dish from the northern region of Iran – Gilan, Persian Rice – Adas Polo (with lentils, raisins, dactyls, with or without meat).
