Casa Pablo

Joanna Mróz 15 August 2012

Casa Pablo, a new Spanish restaurant, has been recently opened on Grzybowska Street. There are not too many Spanish restaurants in Warsaw, even though Casa Pablo wants to stand out from others. Therefore, the place offers creative Spanish cuisine. In the menu you can find, amongst others, Beetroot marinated salmon on cauliflower cream, as well as restaurants specialty – Confit pig from Segovia. Casa Pablo is authentically Spanish – the owner and cooks are Spaniards, fresh food – meat and fish – are imported from Spain. The most characteristic elements of interior design are: antique furniture, simple wooden wine shelves, the dominant colors are blue and brick. The oldest mirror in the restaurant is over 200 years old.
