Autorskie Bistro & Cafe is a new restaurant opened in April in Targowek. The restaurant offers Polish and European cuisine, including light, fit meals. The menu includes starters (eg chicken parfait, steak tartare), soups (such as fish soup), salads, main dishes (eg perch on spinach) and desserts. We can also visit the place for breakfast in the morning andfor wine, beer and tapas in the evening. The chef of the restaurant is Peter Wielgo who gained experience cooking at parties in the embassies of Belgium, Portugal and working in Nowe Miasto restaurant. He was also the cook and later chef at the U.S. Embassy.
