Dynamic changes have taken place in one of Warsaw’s most popular French restaurants – L’ARC on Puławska St. Previous chef of the place moved to recently opened restaurant SECADO. Dariusz Kuźniak, known for the TopChef TV show, became L’ARC’s new Chef. Dariusz Kuźniak differentiates himself at TopChefie though creative, sophisticated and complex dishes. So far, he has worked at Revelo restaurant in Lodz, as well as in restaurants in England, Ireland and France. He is inspired by brothers Michele and Sebastien Bras – Famous French Haute Cuisine Masters. In the coming days we can expect changes at L’ARC menu.
