Bouillon appeared in Oboźna street few weeks ago in the premises where the Akademia Smaków was previously located. After seven years the owner of Akademia Smaków decided to carry out a metamorphosis, change the name and the menu inspired with French cuisine. Now you can order there, among others, baked red beetroot carpaccio with sugar onion, orange fillets and arugula, salad niçoise, goose consommé with fresh sage and goose dumplings, fish bouillon with seafood and vegetables. As for the main courses, you can find in the card eg. Alsatian leek & potatoe casserole, cod fillet with black risotto or pork sirloin sous vide with apple & bacon tart and foie gras sauce.
