Foodie F 5 March 2014

Sakana Sushi Bar, a real evergreen among Warsaw sushi bars – operates since 2001 at Moliera St. In the autumn the place went through a major interior metamorphosis. Warm wood, unique lighting and details inspired by the traditional Japanese art of origami are the elements of a new interior, designed by stage designer Boris Kudlicka in collaboration with the architectural studio WWAA . Along with the new design in the restaurant there are also new dishes. Sushi masters prepared special menu with Buri Bob – vibrating nori chips and grilled sardines on nigiri with sea salt. Sakana chain also cares for customers on diet. As the first in Poland Sakana introduced organic brown rice, (key in any balanced diet), and offers catering kits developed with a nutritionist. New interior and a new menu, but at Moliera there is still the same Sakana atmosphere, and their tastes are appreciated by many sushi fans.
