A new bakery was established recently in Bielany. Bałkańską Ulicą Bakery offers Balkan traditional pastries. The specialty of the place is mostly Burek – a traditional cake of the Balkans – with a variety of fillings, served with natural yoghurt. The menu also covers sweet and salty croissants, breads, rolls and baguettes. All pastries are baked on the site in the Balkan oven.
