A new bakery, Bakery Browary Warszawskie, has been operating in Browary Warszawskie – a new investment in Wola since November. The chef and co-owner of the restaurant is Michał Paleta (known, among others, from Concept 13 and Hotel Warszawa).
On site, we can find both bread and sweet pastries. We will buy here, among others 100% rye bread, rye bread with plum, pumpkin bread, flatwort bread, country bread with poppy seeds or with garlic and potatoes, as well as baguettes and ciabatta. Sweet pastries include classic, almond and nutella croissant, crufin (i.e. a combination of croissant and muffin), pain au chocolat or bostock. The offer also includes sandwiches (with egg paste, with egg and avocado, with pate, salami or Black Forest ham).
The bakery is the second gastronomic place opened in Browary Warszawskie. The first is the Mykonos restaurant, which we wrote about in July on our website.
