New restaurant Szklarnia was opened yesterday in Soho at Minska St. The place owns a garden and a real greenhouse, where vegetables and herbs are grown. Chef’s position here is held by Natalia Huzarewicz – educated cook, also a student of food design. She has been gaining professional experience among others at her own pension in Mazury. She prefers simple cuisine, based on natural ingredients. The menu features, among others, Salad with seasoned roast beef, gooseberry and grilled tomatoes; Duck breast with a salad of beans, chanterelles and wild strawberries, as well as Selections of snacks and cheeses, and breakfast.
