Na Skrajnej is a restaurant located in Ząbki near Warsaw, in an old house decorated with Podlasie ornaments. The restaurant is located in the middle of the forest, adjacent to the spacious garden. The menu is dominated by Polish cuisine. You can eat here, among others, steak tartare, pork chops, roasted duck Polish style, knuckle or guinea fowl. The owners focus on seasonal cuisine, using local produce, including the certified organic products. In the summer, the menu is dominated by fruits and vegetables, in the autumn and winter restaurant offers venison dishes. In the autumn-winter menu, among others, you can find deer tartare, dumplings with venison, saddle of venison, roasted wild boar in a plum sauce or venison stew. The restaurant specializes in sausages and fish smoked in their own smokehouse. Pigs, lamb and wild birds are also served roasted on a turnspit. In the winter cold evenings you can warm up here by the fire. Na Skrajnej is great venue for parties, events, as well as outdoor events. The restaurant staff has extensive experience in organizing corporate events.
