A new place was opened on Saturday in the attractive location of recently closed Central Park Warsaw. Andrzej Polan started here his own restaurant Mała Polana Smaków. The place offers a short menu mostly based on the golden classics of Polish cuisine in Chef’s interpretation. The menu is meant to change every month. At the first menu, you can eat Clean Carnival Żur, Beef Tartare, Sauerkraut Gołąbki, Dumplings with Veal and Salmon Sausage.
