Odette patisserie was officially opened on Valentine’s weekend. It is located in a new building at Górskiego street not far from My’o’my and My’o’tai. One of the co-founders of the place is Piotr Chylarecki – pastry chef and Callebaut Chocolate Academy lecturer. In Odette you can choose from cakes, macaroons, pralines, chocolate creations and various pastries. You can buy them to take away or enjoy on-site observing the process of production in the kitchen separated by a glass wall. The patisserie will also organize confectionery workshops and trainings – the first one was held last weekend.
