Szczere Pole Restaurant is located 20 km from the Warsaw city center in Hotel Brant, in the direct neighborhood of Mazowiecki Landscape Park. The cuisine here is traditional Polish cuisine with signature dishes by Chef. The dishes are prepared using modern cooking techniques. Chef Paweł Pyra focuses on products from organic Polish farms. At his kitchen he uses Polish forgotten vegetables and fruits, and the surrounding forests inspire him to create flavor combinations using forest food. At the menu you will find among others: beef tongues, lamb and mutton from organic farms of Jura Krakowsko – Częstochowska. The restaurant’s menu changes every month and a half.
