It’s been a sunny day today, so let’s share about another new foodtruck. Ni Pani Ni Pan debuted in late March. It offers panini in different flavors. It focuses on usage of healthy and regional products. The menu include panini versions versions with: mozarella, tomatoes and Basil pesto; Duck breast, apple and red onion jam; and sales hit – Cheddar, salsa rossa and arugula.
