Paweł Kibart, known from Top Chef TV show, opened his own restaurant ZEST by Kibart a few days ago in Ochota. The restaurant is a two-storey premises, where Paweł Kibart hosts his guests – greets visitors at the entrance, and even serves dishes to the tables. The cuisine is of Polish, seasonal and signature character. The menu is very short – consists of three appetizers, two soups, three main courses and two desserts. You can eat here, among others Beef tartare with lovage oil and black cumin, Guinea fowl breast with pearl barley risotto with beetroot and green asparagus, Fillet of sturgeon with white asparagus tagliatelle and rhubarb.
