Dom Wódki

Joanna Mróz 30 September 2015

A new Polish restaurant was opened at Plac Teatralny in the venue, where once Norma was placed. Dom Wódki is a place based on two pillars – Polish vodka and Polish cuisine. The aim is to break the stereotype that Polish cuisine compared to other national cuisines is uninteresting and banal, and to show that Polish vodka, liqueurs and meads can compete with the national French, Scottish or American liquors. The chef of the restaurant is Michał Tkaczyk, the place is owned by Marzena and Piotr Popiński. In the menu you’ll find plenty of Polish food standards in new versions. They are accompanied by vodka to open and close each of the dishes.
