Zielony Gar Bistro is a new relaunch of Nóż i widelec in Bialystok. The place went over a solid renvation, but above all it has a new Chef Joanna Jakubiuk. Joanna comes from Podlasie region. She has been involved in promoting the tastes of traditional Polish cuisine. She has won culinary competitions, including Our Culinary Heritage – Tastes of the Regions. She is also famous for her pierogi (dumplings) around Poland. Recently she was head chef at Masuria Arte. At the Zielony Gar menu you will find, among others, Matias herring with onion, bread and rapeseed oil from St. Lawrence Mountain; dumplings with pumpkin, sage butter and parmesan cheese; Złotnicki pork chop with the bone, potatoes and Kruszewska sauerkraut.
