This year’s edition of the Yellow Guide Gault & Millau Poland 2016 hit stores now. Gault & Millau is next to Michelin one of the most influential restaurant guides in the world. Last year it Polish edition of this guide was launched. This year’s bilingual (English and Polish) guide describes 390 restaurant, which is 150 more than a year ago. Each restaurant is appraised by anonymous inspectors through a point system – the maximum number of points is 20, to guide mentions places rated above 10 points. In addition, the guide also includes more than 100 hotels and 120 Polish regional products.
