Artyści od Kuchni is a new restaurant that was launched in mid-February in Żoliborz. There, guests can enjoy Polish dishes. Among the starters you can find, among others, purple potato salad with raspberries, tartar of smoked cod or herring in rapeseed oil. If you are more hungry you may order wild boar stew with maturing bacon, rabbit braised in cream or potato pancakes with scorzonera and oyster mushrooms. The restaurant is dog friendly, and they count for a bowl of water. Interesting – on paper pads there are fragments of poems and prose related to food, among others of Jan Brzechwa, Adam Mickiewicz, Tadeusz Boy-Żeleński, Edith Nesbit, Waclaw Potocki …
