Charlotte Menora, a second venue of Charlotte in Warsaw, opened on February 29th at Grzybowski Square replacing former restaurant Menora. The concept is similar to the first Charlotte at Zbawiciela Square, there is freshly baked bread available, but the new place serves also Jewish bread such as bagels, challah and rye bread. The menu of the cafe features among others Jewish dishes such as Charlotte tzimmes (marinated carrots, coriander, dates, nuts), caviar juif (challah grilled with goose liver, egg, onion, beets), pudding with challah or blintzes (white cheese, orange peel, cream, rose water). Many new restaurants and cafes are now in the close neighbourhood e.g. Strefa, Kieliszki na Próżnej, Nowa Próżna or Kosmos that was launched in February.
