Centrum Kulturalne Sanacja opened recently on Zgoda street oposite to La’Bor winebar. The restaurant is in the premises, that previously housed the Zgoda restaurant. The decor and ambience refers to the interwar period, similar as e.g. in the cafe Mała Ziemiańska open last year. The menu features traditional Polish dishes such as. tartare, herring with onion, trotters in jelly, beetroot soup with croquette, beer-simmered white sausage, Warsaw tripe soup, pork schnitzel with potatoes, meat rolls with potato dumplings, kartacze (kind of large dumplings) stuffed with meat. The restaurant organizes events referring to the interwar period eg. meetings devoted to the architecture of pre-war Warsaw, Warsaw dialect etc.
