Viet Street Food, food truck with Vietnamese dishes, appeared on the streets of Warsaw, a few days ago. Its official premiere took place on Food Trucks Rally at the Palace of Culture in April. Two Vietnamese guys are cooking eg Banh Mi – a kind of stuffed baguette with pate or bacon, Xoi Suon – ribs with sticky rice, Bun Cha – grilled pork with noodles, Pho – Vietnamese soup with beef.
