Spice & You is a new Vietnamese restaurant recently opened at Jana Pawła II. The restaurant specializes in Southern Vietnamese dishes. We will eat here fresh summer rolls, crispy spring rolls, soups (Bun Bo Hue with beef, Hu Tieu with shrimps, pork and bacon, Bun Nuoc Chay with vegetables and mushrooms). The menu also includes bowls with marinated and grilled pork neck and fried spring rolls with herbs, vegetables and rice noodles, rice with grilled pork neck, fried rice with egg, vegetables and selected add-on (chicken, shrimps, beef, veg), banh xeo, i.e. flour pancakes rice with prawns, meat or vege.
