Polish Culinary Paths – book on Polish cuisine

Polish Culinary Paths is book about Polish cuisine created for Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Polish Embassy in Seul. The author of the book, Magdalena Tomaszewska-Bolałek, researcher of food culture, was awarded first Grand Prix for Poland Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in the category Japanese Cuisine.  Author invites us for the journey through the Polish culinary paths, showing history of Polish cuisine and popular ingredients and products. The book includes 16 simple recipes for Polish dishes. Ebooks in Korean, Japan and Chinese language are available online for free.
