“Gastrobanda – all you need to know before you go out to eat” is a new book describing resturant industry that appeared recently in bookstores in Poland. Its authors are Kamil Sadkowski, the chef and one of the founders of the Culinary Academy Fumenti and Jakub Milszewski, a journalist – together they decided to deal with the myths associated with the restaurant sector. In the book they reveal, among others, how the real life looks behind the kitchen door and what restaurateurs are hiding from the clients. The book is published by Smak Słowa.
