Two years ago in autumn Flambeeria at Hoza St. was opened. It’s strange that it took so long to open a new place focused on tarte flambee, (also called flammkuchen). Classic Alsatian flammkuchen will be served starting today at Flamm at Postępu St. Flamm accept the classic version of tarte flambee with bacon, onion and cream, also offers its own original compositions (such as with tuna and zucchini, with seasoned beef, salsa and leek, and even sweet version with nutella, raspberries and fresh mint). In addition to tarte flambee at the menu you will also find soups (including onion soup) and salads (with goat cheese and blue cheese).
