Sketch restaurant has a new chef Sebastian Olma, the winner of the second edition of Top Chef, who previously worked in Kafe Zielony Niedźwiedź and popular restaurants in London. Along with the new chef the restaurant has changed the menu, introducing new, signature menu created by Sebastian Olma. The new menu is a range of international dishes using Polish local ingredients. We can try here among others Sea Food Sandwich with trout from Ojców, Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich with suska sechlońska smoked plums, polish meat cuts and regional cheeses. Among the starters you can choose between duck froie gras, lamb pelmeni or slow roasted beef from Black Angus. For main course we can order Merino lamb, filet mignon, risotto with mushrooms, salmon fillet or chicken.
