We have very recently pointed Kafe Zielony Niedzwiedz as one of the places where Top Chef TV Show Participants cook, and today is in the news that Sebastian Olma – winner of the Top Chef Second Series – is leaving the restaurant. Olma has been Chef at Kafe Zielony Niedźwiedź for 18 months. Wojciech Deres – so far Sous Chef – has been promoted to the Chef’s role. We don’t know yet where Olma will cook now, but as soon as we know, we’ll of course update you.
