Wino & Friends restaurant from Muranow recently got a new chef, Adam Frelak, who gained experience among others in the Restaurant 99, Belvedere, Bistro Pigalle or Westin and Bristol hotels. The new chef focuses on local and seasonal products, which regularly will show up in the menu. He also plans to use the products from local suppliers. In a new menu created by Adam Frelak you find, among others, boletus soup, homemade chicken soup, rabbit liver pate with mango chutney, duck breast with Antonowka apples puree and gnocchi with ricotta and walnuts.
