At the beginning of November, numerous Warsaw places starting with “Pan“ (in Polish Mr.) (including Pan Ziółko or Pan Szama) were joined by another one. Pan Bulwa was opened at Marszałkowska 8. It serves – as claimed – potatoes rich inside, which means steamed and then baked potatoes, served with a variety of vegan, vegetarian and meat toppings. The menu features, among others, potato with cabbage and mushrooms, potato with chicken and grilled vegetables, or potato with gołąbek (homemade staffed cabbage). There are also soups (tomato, barszcz), and to drink, among others, bottled beer from Czarnków Brewery.
