Euskadi, new Basque restaurant, opened in Kraków in February. The chef of the restaurant is Damian Surowiec, who gained gastronomic experience in various Spanish restaurants in London such as Baraffina, Lurra, Donostia and Salt Yard. The menu features Basque pintxos such as piquillo with cod mousse and sepia sauce or beef meatballs with tomato sauce with idiazabal cheese, plates of Spanish cold cuts, meat and seafod dishes such as pig cheeks, mussels, monkfish or octopus.
