Drukarnia is a new restaurant in Praga Południe established in Mińska Street in the building of the former Scientific and Technical Printing House. It co-exists in a large post-industrial space together with Dzienna (with streetfood) and a club where various events are to take place. The short menu of Drukarnia prepared by the chef, Marcin Molik, contains over a dozen items divided into appetizers, salads and pastas, main courses and desserts. In the current menu among appetitizers you can order oxtail soup, ox tongue with beetroot, cream and horseradish or octopus with potato and chorizo mayonnaise. If you are more hungry you may opt for example for shrimp and chorizo pasta, risotto with pesto and seafood, guinea fowl with carrot mousse, bon bon and kale or beef cheeks with green peas, demi-glace sauce and vegetables.
