Powidoki Bistro is a new restaurant opened recently at the back of the Museum of Modern Art, by the Vistula Boulevards. The chef of the restaurant is Czesio from Praga, originally coming from Korea, who except from views over the river, serves his signature kitchen – fusion of Polish ingredients with flavors of East Asia with strong influence of Korean cuisine. The menu features among others tartar on nashi pear, cold soup with wasabi and watermelon, fried eggplant with avocado paste, żubrówka and miso, beef ribs with chanterelles.
