Adam Leszczyński – one of the most turbulent chefs of the young generation – returns with a new project. His Czarna Woda was launched a few days ago at the location of Adam’s previous place – KotaKota. Czarna Woda bases its offer on black food, black drinking and even black music. For the preparation of most dishes activated charcoal is used here – known very well from the trends on Instagram. The menu includes, among others. czarnina (blood soup) with dumplings; black beef burger with mimolette cheese, pickles and tomato; or burned eggplant ice cream. Black cocktails menu includes Old Fashion Rum, Aged Daiquiri and Cuba Libre. The whole place’s frame is ‘black is the new black’.
