Maryensztadt Craft Beer & Food is a new restaurant in the Old Town. Its name comes from the craft brewery from Zwoleń, which is an owner of the restaurant. The chef of the restaurant is Kamil Kędzierski, who created a tasting menu with selection of beer paired with every dish. We can choose between 4, 6 and 9 dishes from 49 to 126 zł including beer tasting. Apart from the tasting menu we can order à la carte dishes such as red cabbage soup, pike with broad been, trout with leek and chives and beef with cauliflower and blackberries. The products used in the menu come from the local suppliers such as Farma Sznajderów, trout from Zawojski and Kozia Łąka organic farm. The restaurant menu also includes beer snacks such as duck or patison with homemade bread.
