Ban Bao opened in September in Żelazna Street in the venue of recently closed Warburger. The new bar specializes in bao buns – Asian steam buns with different extras. The menu features meat version of bao with bacon, duck or chicken or vegetarian with tofu or avocado. The buns also contain different Asian sauces and extras such as sriracha mayo, mango chutney, hoisin or miso honey. Except of popular bao buns, we can order here bao burgers – bigger sandwiches like a burger served with beef, oyster mushroom, chicken or tofu. Apart from bao we can eat here Thai duck soup, Vietnamese pickles, kimchi fries or ginger cheesecake.
