Otto Pompieri Cantinetta, a new Italian restaurant opened recently at plac Bankowy at the building of Hotel Saski which has been renovated a couple of years ago. The owner of the restaurant, Artur Jarczyński is a restaurateur, owner of various venues such as Szwejk, Jeff’s, Der Elefant, Shipudei Berek, San Antonio, Kompania Piwna or Bazyliszek. Most of the products used at the restaurant is imported from Italy, caputo flour comes from Naples, the mozzarella and buratta are certified as DOP. The menu of the restaurant features among others Italian antipasti such as bruschetta with various extras, artichokes judea, vitello tonnato or tuna crudo. We can order also panini (eg with mortadella or prosciutto), salads, red pizzas (eg pepperoni chili) and white pizzas (eg mortadella and truffle olive oil), pastas (eg cannelloni with beef cheeks), and Italian desserts.
