A new Spanish-Japanese restaurant was launched a few days ago at Moliera St. You can enter it through Sakana sushi bar. The creator of the place is Gabriel de Garcia, a Spanish chef previously associated with many Michelin stars restaurants, including Quique Dacosta*** in Denia. The Gabriel de Garcia & Sakana restaurant menu is split into a cold and warm section. In the cold part you will find, among others smoked with cinnamon tuna tartare with cocoa mass stone and liquid mango. The hot section includes soups – including Mediterranean fish soup with katsuobushi (bonito chips) and ultra-fresh fish and seafood from Japanese grilled robata – among others seabream, monkfish or octopus.
